First, let’s take a plebiscite (vote, poll) of how this week was. Well, the results are in, and the results say that this week was quite extraordinary. Now, we endured ourselves with many activities during this week… Okay, let’s just cut to the chase here. We did many things this week, and I would like to tell you about them . So, here’s a list of what we did this week:

During this week we finished our Civil War research reports. Also, we started to type our novels, and I just can’t wait to see how they turn out. In the gym, during music class, we practiced on our musical that we’re doing. Something else we did this week was something called in 3 words, and it was very interesting. As you can see, we had a very enjoyable and extraordinary  week in class. Sadly, I must tell you that we have only another week and a half left of school, but I still cannot wait to see what next will bring forth!

The 34th week of which that I experienced in 5th grade was actually marvelous. Now, for the umpteenth time, I must talk about all of the many activities we endured ourselves with during this week. Here is a short list of what we did this week:

During the week we endured ourselves with TWO mystery skypes. The first one which we had on Tuesday was with a class from the state of Illinois, and the second one that was on Thursday was from a class in Texas. Also, this week was health fair week. Since it was health fair week, different people came in and showed us many different things, such as karate, Zumba or yoga. A few days ago this week was track day, which our teacher, Mr. Haney made a video showing the students who represented our school. You can observe this video at http://www.mrhaney.edublogs.org/. After planting our garden a few weeks ago, our radishes in our garden have fully grown, and soon, we will pick them and eat delicious radishes. This week we started writing our final drafts for our Civil War reports, and we are also starting our country reports.(The country I picked to do my report on is Bermuda!) Finally, near the end of the week, the orchestra teacher from West Valley Middle school came to show us about instruments, and it was quite interesting. Well, there were actually quite a few more activities that we endured ourselves with this week, but I cannot even begin to list all of them, so at least I told you some of them. Anyway, this really did turn out to be a marvelous week. I just can’t wait to see what the next will bring forth to us!

P.S. Here are some pictures from school this week:

The 32nd week I experienced in 5th grade was considerably thought-provoking. For the millionth time, I must say of how we endured ourselves with many exciting activities during the week. Here’s a list of some of the activities we endured ourselves with:

During this week we had yet more study for the horridly tremendous TCAP.(which is next week, by the way.) Also, during the week, on Friday the Soul Singers had their concert for the school. Some of te people in my class were in the Soul Singers group, and the names of my classmates that are in that group are:  Madeline, Larah, Britt (me), Kate. Sometime during the week we had a compliment party, which, by the name of it, was for getting plenty of compliments from school workers.(It’s harder to get than you think, but don’t you just wish it were easier?) This week really did turn out to be considerably thought-provoking. Hopefully the 33rd week in 5th grade will be as exciting as so many of the other weeks!

So, here are a few…  During the week we received letters from our pen-pals in Spain that were about their flats (homes), and their letters included some neat little gifts. Oh, we also had much, much more preparation for our upcoming test at the end of the year known as the TCAP. Also, on Wednesday we had our Science final. We even started to put up something to celebrate the time of year on the board outside our classroom. Well, it seems we did have quite a marvelously splendid week. Hopefully the next week will be as good too!

The 30th week that I experienced in 5th grade was remarkably splendid. Again, like many other weeks, I will repeat the fact that we enduring ourselves with many activities in class this week. So, here are some of the activities we endured ourselves with. One of the many things we did was start studying for the TCAP, which is in two weeks in counting. Also, something else we did this week was change Tech Club into TCAP Club, so, to basically say, for most of the time we will just study for the TCAP. It’s still good, though, because we are getting a fair amount of the studying in so we’ll do well on the big test (aka TCAP). Oh, and I forgot to tell you this, but now we have TCAP Club on both Tuesday and Wednesday! Glad-fully, we get to have a four day weekend to rest ourselves after so much TCAP preparation. There’s so much going on, and I am so eager to see what will happen during week 31!

Also, during the week we challenged ourselves by doing World Math Day, and we helped to break the world record for the most Math problems solved in one day! We also were able to compete against the world in World Spelling Day, and I can’t tell you how many words even I spelled on that day. Finally, near the end of the week, we participated in World Science day, which was a bit different from the other competitions. All I am able to say is that those were some very interesting days during those challenges for the world. So, as you can see, we had quite a grand week in class, and everyone, even you, just can’t wait to see what will happen next week…
